Residence Oude Haven is part of the Groenendijk family business, a family business with 80 years experience in real estate. Together with an enthusiastic team,Niels Groenendijk, the fourth generation of the Groenendijk family, are proudly developing a new branch of the business: holiday homes in Zeeland. Special holiday homes and holiday projects in Zeeland where our family experience in building and maintaining property comes in handy.

Residence Oude Haven is such a special and unique project in Zeeland and we are extremely proud that we can and may contribute to it. We are full of enthusiasm for the adventure and we hope to pass on our enthusiasm and love for Zeeland to you, our guest!
